You must notify ak44 immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account.
The Platform is made available solely for personal entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and in good faith. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content without express written permission from ak44 is prohibited.
ak44 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability; however, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. ak44 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
All Account balances, deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency transactions. ak44 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or software fault that results in a game outcome that would not otherwise have occurred under normal operating conditions, ak44 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account. Winnings accumulated as a result of a verifiable technical error are not payable.
ak44 accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, as well as cryptocurrency methods including BTC and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method; the standard minimum is RM 30 for most local payment channels.
All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. Deposits made solely to take advantage of deposit bonuses without genuine play intent may be classified as bonus abuse and subject to investigation. You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name.

ak44 reserves the right to conduct additional compliance checks on withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds. Withdrawal requests found to include funds that are still subject to active wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are met.
Withdrawal Method Policy: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where technically possible. ak44 does not send withdrawal funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name.

ak44 employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; colluding with other players to meet bonus conditions; and placing bets that exploit system errors or known bonus loopholes. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse are subject to suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
ak44 offers a range of gaming products including but not limited to: online slots, live dealer casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo), virtual table games, sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other international markets), and esports betting. All games and betting markets operate under specific product rules which are published within the relevant game or market interface.
All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The results of all completed game rounds are final. Once a bet is confirmed and the game round commences, it cannot be reversed or cancelled.
For sports betting, ak44 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where clearly incorrect odds were displayed due to system error. Settled bets on completed sporting events are final and not subject to reversal unless a result is officially amended by the relevant sporting body, in which case ak44 will re-settle in accordance with the updated official result.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from ak44.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak44, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss — whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — even if ak44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ak44's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ak44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting ak44 Customer Support. Upon account closure request, any available balance (excluding restricted bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
ak44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players. In cases of confirmed Terms breach, ak44 may forfeit the Account balance in whole or in part.
Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of your Account.
ak44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required urgently for regulatory, legal, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which ak44 holds its operating license.
In the event of any dispute between you and ak44, we encourage you to first contact our Customer Support team to seek an informal resolution. ak44 aims to resolve all Player disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints process, the dispute shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under ak44's operating license terms.
For Malaysian Players: you acknowledge and agree that the laws of Malaysia do not govern this Agreement, and you submit to the jurisdiction specified under ak44's international operating license for the resolution of any disputes arising from your use of the Platform.
